8 Things To Remember When You Feel Broken Inside


I told my therapist the other day that I felt broken inside.  I don’t remember exactly what I was talking about, but I clearly remember the feeling.  I think that there were some good pointers in this article.  I liked the part about remembering that cracks let the light in.  We work every therapy session on breathing light into my broken parts, so this made lots of sense to me.
